A rolling pin is a cylindrical device used to shape and flatten out dough and pastry. There are many types of rolling pins for baking available on the market, some are quite specialist and feature a textured surface for creation of specific dishes. Our rolling pins are the standard smooth surface type useful for a multitude of baking tasks.
We stock 2 sizes of rolling pin, a mini rolling pin which is 23cm in length and suitable for manipulating small amounts of pastry quickly or for a child to use. We also stock a larger standard size rolling pin which is 44cm in length. Both of these rolling pins feature fixed comfort handles and a revolving centre. Both are made from solid beech wood and both make for ideal rolling pins for baking.
