A Swiss roll tin is essentially a very shallow rectangular shaped baking tin especially designed for baking Swiss rolls, of course a Swiss roll tray can also be used for any general baking task where a shallow tray is useful.         

Swiss roll tins all share these features however they can differ in size, we stock various sizes but all are coil coated for extra durability and feature a 5 year non stick guarantee. Although our pans are non stick we would still always recommend lightly greasing the Swiss roll tin anyway, the last thing you want is for your lovingly created Swiss roll to stick to the pan, as it can be difficult to remove cleanly and it makes the Swiss roll tray harder to clean. Swiss roll tins are also ideal for making strudel and sausage rolls.
